Behold!! The most decadent vegan cheeseboard, ever! You know how much we love doing crazy gorgeous spreads infused with plant medicines. Composed of White Bean Queso with our Cordyceps extract powder. Chimichurri with the ultra powerful gallbladder tonic, Chanca Piedra. Spicy Creamy Cashew with Liver Vitality herbs! We love to sneak in herbal medicines to delicious savory foods, and nobody notices. 

White Bean Queso

1 can white beans
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp white miso
2 tbsp nutritional yeast 
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp siracha
3/4 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp lime (I used 3 but you may wish to have it less tangy)
1 slice of pickled jalape√Īo¬†
1 cup salsa 
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1 tsp cordyceps


Place ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until creamy. Add more vegetable stock if you wish it to be thinner. Adjust for flavours.


1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup parsley
2 cloves of garlic
3 pearl onions or shallots
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp fresh or dried thyme
1 slice of pickled jalape√Īo, minced
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 ground black pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2  - 1 tsp of chance piedra (I used 1 but start with 1/2 tsp and increase to desired taste)


1. Mince your garlic, parsley, cilantro, jalape√Īo and red bell pepper
2. Add the remaining ingredients in a bowl
3. Coming your minced vegetables and mix to coat. 

Spicy and Creamy Cashew Vitality Dip

1 cup of soaked cashews
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup baby green spinach
1/2 cup cilantro 
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 small garlic cloves
2 pickled jalepeno slices
1/2 cup vegetable stock (or water)
1/2 tsp of salt (You can always add it if you find it lacking salt)
Juice of one small lime
1 tsp of Liver Vitality


1. Add all your ingredients into a high speed blender 
2. Adjust for flavours
