Yes! Our entire facility is gluten free and vegan. We only use 100% botanically derived ingredients.
Not everything is certified organic, yet everything that we source we ensure that it's truequality. About 30% of our herbs are wildcrafted, and 70% are organic. Feel free to ask us or look at the label or the site for specific herbs, origin and if certified.
A lot of our herbs are certified Earth kosher. Please keep in mind that a lot of our herbs are very rare and wildcrafted in the rainforest, so certifications don't really apply in certain parts of the world, like in Central and South America. Do know that we follow strict guidelines on sustainability and sourcing, ensuring our products are strictly botanical with no added fillers of any kind. This applies to organic certification as well.

No! The vegetable glycerin is naturally very sweet. That is the sweetness you’re tasting. The only "sweetener" that we use sometimes is actual stevia leaf, like in our tea.
We use kosher and organic food grade vegetable glycerin made from flax and palm. In no way do we use the biodiesel bi-product, which most vegetable glycerin based companies use, because it's unfortunately the cheapest.
It is GMO Free, organic and biodynamically farmed cane spirits distilled in Oregon. We love cane as its gluten free and a lot more sustainable to farm than the other sources for classic spirits.

While some herbal medicine is deemed safe, some can cause contraindications as everybody is different. The general rule of thumb is 2 weeks, but this depends on many factors, like the diet you’re on, the consistency of intake, your body’s history, your mindset, the actual plant(s) you’re taking, and beyond. Know that although you think you might “not feel anything” your body is generating an adaptation and response to it. Give it time, sometimes it might take longer, while others might feel it instantaneously.
We have in-house herbalists that can assist with consultations. The current rate is $65 for 30 minutes, $130 for 60 minutes, and $195 for 90 minutes. A 30-minute appointment is best for a simple check in, and for 60 or 90-minute appointments an intake questionnaire will be provided to be completed and returned prior to the consultation for our herbalist to review. Payment is due before the date of the consultation.
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50. This doesn't include expedited shipping, that would be an additional cost you see within the checkout process.
Most of the time we take 1-3 business days to ship out orders. Sometimes if there are back orders, or if we have some items out of stock, it might take longer. We notify all customers if a shipment will be sent out in parts, or if you wish to exchange one of the items that might be back ordered or temporarily out of stock.
Yes, on all orders over $99 that are US domestic. During promotions free shipping is not included unless advertised as such. If it's not included within the description, it's not inclusive.
In this case, if you enter your tracking number you should be able to reschedule a delivery manually on the courier website. Also, you may contact or visit your local post office assigned to your zip code and they should be holding the package for you there.
Unfortunately once shipments have left our facility we do not have control over its whereabouts or delivery since it is in the hands of the courier. Also, please keep in mind orders typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order had been placed. You will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation and can follow the package that way.
Fulfillment time is not included in the shipping time, and our team works to complete all orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they were received. Typically, fulfillment time takes approximately 2-3 business days from when the order is placed depending on order volume and product availability. During holidays, please expect delays. If in doubt you can always ask us and we can help. A shipment confirmation notification with tracking will be provided as soon as the order ships.
For all orders over $150, a signature confirmation is required for delivery. We can remove this requirement for orders over $150 if you notify us by email assuming fullresponsibilityfor any lost or stolen items.

Unfortunately, we cannot foresee any issues that might arise with customs while shipping abroad. Most likely your package will be held by customs until it has gone through inspection. Please allow for extra shipping time (1-2 weeks) due to this reason.
Yes, we ship worldwide! We offer USPS Priority International, DHL UPS or FedEx. We recommend UPS or FedEx as its faster and safer to most countries worldwide.

Most of the time they are and it varies depending on the country. We do not assume these taxes, and have to be accounted for by the receiver. Samples and gifts do not get taxed, but regular purchases are taxed. We do our best do accommodate the description to facilitate lower taxation, but each country varies.
Depending on the circumstance we can provide full or partial refunds. Please submit your claim, or send us an email with your question, within 15 days in order to receive assistance. Please refer to refunds for more info.
We sadly cannot ship our hemp CBD products internationally as its still not allowed, even in countries that is technically legal. Canada for example does not allow our CBD hemp pre-rolls, even though it's sold within the country.
If you receive a product that you would like to return for a refund, the product must be returned at your expense. Purchases must be returned in the original packaging and must be in a new, unused condition. The original and return shipping charges will not be refunded. For all returns to be processed, it has to be within 15 days of receipt, if it's past the 15th day we will charge a restocking fee of 15% from the total order. We are not able to refund you the shipping charges as that is a cost we have to fulfill on our end as well.

Damaged goods will be refunded 100% of the purchase price. For full acceptance of a claim of a damaged goods product, we need picture evidence and adequeate proof of damage provided by the customer. This allows us to submit the claim to the courrier.
If you are unsatisfied with a product, or received damaged products, we will gladly grant a full refund or credit, with the exception of shipping fees. All claims need to be made within 15 days of receipt, in order to receive a full refund. We will gladly provide an exchange for another product to satisfy your needs, again with the exception of shipping fees. Product is not expected to be physically returned back to us to avoid excessive carbon footprint.
