- Hi there, was just wondering what preservative you use in this cream? I'm allergic to some of them so was trying to find out. It looks so amazing!! Thank you for making this product.
- Thanks for checking with us. We don’t use synthetic preservatives; this formula includes natural preservative ingredients—specifically tea tree oil and vitamin E—at effective concentrations. These help protect the product and give it a shelf life of about one year. We recommend doing a spot test if you suspect being sensitive! As an added suggestion to keep your cream fresh and uncontaminated, we recommend avoiding direct contact with the contents: ideally, don’t dip fingers into the jar. If clean hands are used briefly, it should be okay, but try to minimize direct contact. Also, ensure the pump or dispenser stays clean (if using our previous pump packaging). Hope this helps!
