"I’ve always been a night owl & notoriously low on qi, especially in the mornings. I can definitely tell a difference in physical energy levels without any weird mental-jitteriness or any sort of crash like I normally get with caffeine. Also love this shoppe & the energy & intention you can feel behind each product. I will say, I debated a long time between their various options for energy/stamina/alertness & eventually went with this one bc of all the reviews talking about how the taste is so good, you can put it in basically anything & some people even drink it straight just mixed with water. This is solely my experience, but I was pretty shocked at the taste the first time I tried mixing it into my morning green juice/smoothie. The taste is very strong & incredibly earthy, closer to dirt vibes when I was expecting more herbal? The powder is also pretty thick - despite ample whisking & then frothing, I find a decent amount clumped at the bottom of the cup. I have trouble getting it to mix well into liquids. All that being said, it definitely has been helping & I feel like a little goes a long way as I’ve been using probably 70% of a tsp per day for about two weeks."
