- Hello there, congratulations! We do not recommend taking this product while pregnant or breastfeeding. Some other products that you might want to try are Cacao, Reishi, and Moringa.
- Can I drink this at night or is it best in the daytime?
- Hello! Due to the Maca and Ashwagandha within the blend, it can be energizing, so we generally recommend taking it earlier in the day. But it depends on the person: give it a try and see how it works for you!
