Ingredients
4 tsp Chia Seeds
2 Cup Water
5 Cup Watermelon (coldpressed if possible)
3 Tbsp fresh squeezed Lime Juice
1 tsp Fresh Aloe gel
2 Tbsp Agave Nectar (or stevia to taste)
Want to MEDICINALLY ACTIVATE it even more?? Add 15-30 drops of our herbal Bitters for an extra enzyme kick.
Directions
Combine the Chia Seeds and water in a glass and stir to combine. Allow to rest for ten minutes. Stir once more and set aside once more for ten minutes.
Place all ingredients in a blender, including the chia mixture, and blend until well combined. Serve immediately, or chill until ready to be served.
Or if using cold-pressed watermelon, combine in the blender to combine other ingredients together.
