GUT HEALER - Watermelon Chia Aloe Lemonade

Happy Sunday everyone!
An incredibly cooling and gut harmonizing lemonade. Chia seeds have beeb used in lemonades and frescas in Central America to retain moisture. They are also miraculous little packets of vitamins and minerals, nourishing the gut while restoring the protecting mucosa within the GI tract.


4 tsp Chia Seeds
2 Cup Water
5 Cup Watermelon (coldpressed if possible)
3 Tbsp fresh squeezed Lime Juice

1 tsp Fresh Aloe gel
2 Tbsp Agave Nectar (or stevia to taste)

Want to MEDICINALLY ACTIVATE it even more?? Add 15-30 drops of our herbal Bitters for an extra enzyme kick.


Combine the Chia Seeds and water in a glass and stir to combine. Allow to rest for ten minutes. Stir once more and set aside once more for ten minutes.

Place all ingredients in a blender, including the chia mixture, and blend until well combined. Serve immediately, or chill until ready to be served.

Or if using cold-pressed watermelon, combine in the blender to combine other ingredients together.
