Ingredients:

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 3/4 cup raw sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn starch 
  • 5 cups milk 
  • 2 Tbsp Vanilla powder

Instructions:

1. Separate egg yolks into large bowl.

2. Add sugar, Vanilla, and corn starch, whisking until smooth.

3. Heat milk on the stove until just before boiling. 

4. Slowly add milk to egg mixture, little by little, whisking until fully combined.

5. Add the entire mixture back into the pot and return to stovetop. Heat on medium heat for 5-10 minutes, whisking constantly, until custard thickens. 

6. Pour into glasses or jars and place in refrigerator until chilled. 

7. Add crushed cookies, berries, or other toppings as desired.
