LOVE YOURSELF ICED Rose Matcha Latte with Pistachio Milk + Strawberry Cloud

A layered latte that's as beautiful as it is nourishing. Earthy Matcha and creamy pistachio milk meet a dreamy strawberry Rose cloud for a sip that’s equal parts grounding and floral. Lightly sweet, softly fragrant, and dusted with extra Matcha and Rose, it’s as stunning in the glass as it is nourishing in the body.

Ingredients

For the Matcha Layer:

For the Strawberry Rose Layer:

  • 2 Tbsp strawberry juice
  • 1/2 cup (100mL) milk of choice
  • Generous pinch of Rose powder
  • Pinch of Vanilla

To Serve:

  • Ice
  • Extra Rose powder for dusting
  • Extra Matcha for dusting

Instructions

1. Add the Matcha to a small bowl or glass with a splash of pistachio milk. Use a milk frother or a traditional bamboo chasen to whisk until smooth and lump-free. Stir in the Vanilla and Schisandra Rose Elixir, then add the rest of the pistachio milk.

2. In a separate glass, combine the strawberry juice, milk, Rose powder, and Vanilla. Use a frother or chasen to mix until the Rose powder is fully dissolved and slightly frothy.

3. Fill your serving glass with ice. Pour in the matcha pistachio milk first.

4. Gently pour the strawberry rose milk on top, pouring slowly over the back of a spoon to create a beautiful layered effect.

5. Finish with a light dusting of Rose powder and Matcha on top.
