RAINBOW TOAST - Magic Spreads

Toast - one of the ultimate comfort foods.  Simportant but incredibly delicious, these beautiful recipes by Sculpted Kitchen are a wonderful way to infuse herbs into breakfast, lunch, or a cozy afternoon snack. Featuring our Cordyceps, Euphoria, Happiness, and Golden Sun Milk powders, the following adaptogenic toast creations are balanced, vibrant, and chock-full of plant magic ✨ Have them for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Cordyceps Guacamole

Ingredients

1 avocado, ripe

1/2 tsp red chili flakes

2 tbsp lime juice

1/4 cup cilantro leaves

1 slice of pickled jalapeño

1/4 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp of salt

garnishes: spring onion, tomatoes, cilantro, sesame seed or sea salt

1/2 tsp of Cordyceps Powder

Method

Blend everything with a hand blender until creamy or leave it a bit chunky. Garnish and enjoy!

Euphoria Raspberry Jam

Ingredients

1 pint of fresh raspberries

1/2 tsp of chia seeds

1 tbsp of maple syrup

1 tsp of Euphoria Powder

Method

In a small pot, bring raspberries to a simmer. Add maple syrup

Remove from heat once it resembles a chunky consistency

Add Euphoria and chia seeds and stir. Enjoy!

Happiness Chocolate Nutella 

Ingredients

10 oz dark chocolate (70 percent)

pinch of sea salt

1 tsp of Happiness Powder

Method

Toast hazelnuts and rub the skins off using hands or paper towel

In a blender, pulse hazelnuts until it becomes meal consistency

Using the double boiler, melt your chocolate

Add all ingredients back to blender and pulse or, alternatively, use a hand immersion blender.

Golden Sun Milk White Bean Hummus 

Ingredients

1 cup of white beans (cooked or canned). I soaked and cooked mine with onion, garlic, salt, fresh turmeric and ginger. 

1 carrot, boiled 

Half a red pepper, roasted

1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice

1 tsp of salt

1 tsp of onion powder

2 garlic cloves or 1 tbsp of garlic paste

2 tbsp of sweet chili sauce

3 tablespoons of tahini

Half a jalapeño pepper

1 veg cube 

1/2 tsp Golden Sun Milk 

Method

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and add more salt, lemon, garlic if needed.
