MATCHA LATTE WITH Schisandra Rose Elixir

Indulge in a delightful fusion of flavors with our invigorating Matcha Latte infused with the subtle elegance of Schisandra Rose elixir. This harmonious blend combines the earthy richness of Matcha powder with the floral notes of Schisandra Rose elixir, creating a beverage that tantalizes the senses and nourishes the body.

Camellia sinensis, aka matcha, contains the amino acid L-Theanine. L-Theanine promotes the production of alpha waves in the brain which in turn induces relaxation. Alpha brain waves also is the space where we often enter in meditation, and ignites crystalline clarity and receptivity. Another side effect of L-Theanine is the production of dopamine in the brain. Dopamine improves memory, increases concentration and mood. And! It ignites  production of serotonin in the brain (well hello there, happiness neurotransmitters!)


  • 1 teaspoon Matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon Schisandra Rose elixir
  • 8 ounces (240 ml) milk of your choice (such as dairy milk, almond milk, oat milk, etc.)
  • Hot water (about 2 ounces or 60 ml)
  • Optional: sweetener of your choice (such as honey or maple syrup)


1. Prepare Matcha. Sift 1 teaspoon Matcha powder into a cup to remove any clumps and ensure a smooth texture.

2. Pour water. In a separate small cup or bowl, pour about 2 ounces (60 ml) of hot water (just below boiling) over the Matcha powder. Whisk or stir vigorously until the Matcha powder is fully dissolved and a smooth paste forms.

3. If desired, add a sweetener of your choice (such as honey or maple syrup) to taste. Stir until the sweetener is completely dissolved.

4. Add 1 teaspoon of Schisandra Rose elixir to the cup. 

5. Serve over ice or hot with plant milk of your choice.
