Healing Blue Milk

Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Tbsp Blue Lotus
  • 1 tsp Chai Spices*
  • 1 tsp Cacao powder (optional)
  • nut milk

*For Chai Spice blend: mix 6 parts Cinnamon, 2 parts Cardamom, 1 part Nutmeg, 1 part Clove.

DIRECTIONS: Steep 1 Tbsp of Blue Lotus in a cup of hot water. Allow to steep for about 6 minutes. Add chai spices and Cacao and nut milk (fresh cashew milk is our favorite). Enjoy!

"I've been amazed by this kit. . . . . I've had chronic insomnia since childhood and in starting this new routine I haven't been waking up through the night, and zero grogginess when I wake up. If you go with this kit, the palo santo items and blue lotus will last awhile, but I've found that I'll need to reorder the Dream tea about monthly and the Dream elixir every six weeks or so. But, well worth it!"
