Summer is closely coming to an end, and it’s time for us to take a look at our immune protectors. When we prep for seasonal changes it’s always a good time to strengthen our immune system. Herbs like elderberry, high antioxidant plants like Rose, and more are great allies to integrate into our foods and favorite beverages to increase our adaptability and resilience.
In this recipe by Sculpted Kitchen, elderberries & rose come together to create a gorgeous symphony of flavor. Featuring our Organic Elderberry Elixir and Organic Rose Powder , this tart is a delicious way to add some plant magic to your day.

2 cups almond flour
1 cup rice flour
5-6 tablespoons sweetener (maple syrup)
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 can of coconut cream
1/2 cup of plant-based milk
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp agar agar
1 tsp Organic Rose Powder
2 tsp beet powder
2 cups of wild blueberries
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp corn starch
3 tsp agar agar
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- Prepare a big tart pan or mini ones with spray or a parchment paper cut out
- Mix all the ingredients of your crust together until it can hold without crumbling between your fingers
- Press into your tart mold
- Bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
in a small pot, warm up all your ingredients except agar agar when it's warm, add your agar agar and mix it in everything. Remove from heat and pour into your cooled crust. Place in fridge to set
clean out your small pot and add wild blueberries. Simmer gently for 10 minutes until liquid starts to release. Using a mesh strain your blueberries. Save the juice and pour it back into the pot. Reserve the blueberry pulp for a smoothie. in the pot add the rest of the ingredients except agar agar and bring to a gentle boil. Add agar agar and mix very well. Pour the mixture on top of the set rose layer. Place in fridge to set.
