Recipe by our beloved recipe creatrix, Silvia Bifaro
Prep Time 10min
4 Tbsp Chia
1 Cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
2 tbsp raw honey or rice syrup
1 large pot of oat vanilla yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
Up to 2 tsp Anima Mundi Liver Vitality
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp pure almond extract
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
3-4 ripe and sweet kiwi
1/2 cup blueberry
2 large tumblers or medium jars
In a bowl mix the chia, oat milk and sweetener of choice until perfectly incorporated. You can warm up the milk just a little, to help. Then mix in the green powder, lemon zest, almond and vanilla extract. Lave to rest until the chiasucks up the liquid and the pudding is done.
Wash and cut the kiwi (peeled or not) and layer chia pudding, kiwi and blueberry yogurt and repeat to fill the 2 glasses to the top. Serve cold or room temperature.
Enjoy this recipe as breakfast or snack on the go! To keep it as digestible as possible to absorb the greens, if you have to do swaps avoid anything too heavy like coconut milk.
