Ingredients:
- 5 lemons
- 2 Tbsp lemon zest
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tsp Euphoria Elixir
- 1⁄2 tsp Happiness Tonic
Instructions:
1. Cut lemons in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh.
2. Mash and strain the flesh to produce 1⁄3 cup of lemon juice.
3. Add Euphoria Elixir and Happiness Tonic to the lemon juice.
4. In a saucepan, add heavy cream, sugar, and lemon zest. Heat over medium heat while stirring constantly. Once the mixture begins to simmer, allow it to cook for 3 minutes until it slightly thickens.
5. Add the lemon juice mixture once the heavy cream mixture is removed from the heat to avoid curdling. Strain.
6. Pour the mixture into the lemon halves.
7. Let the halves chill and set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until the consistency is creamy when scooped with a spoon. Serve and enjoy!
