RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

 

Directions: 

1. Add 100mL (3-3.5oz) half and half to a glass and mix in Happiness powder
2. Mix the hot water and hot coffee and add it to the cream slowly. (To have separate coffee and milk layers, very slowly pour the hot coffee over the back of the spoon to create a distinct layer on top; the temperature difference in liquids will help maintain the separation, ensuring the denser milk stays at the bottom and the lighter coffee floats on top.)
3. Leave it to rest while you make the top cream. 
4. In a cold milk jug, add the 50 mL double cream, 50 mL half and half, sugar, and Butterly Pea Flower powder. 
5. Mix with a frother until nicely foamy. If you like, add in a couple drops of rose essence.
6. Again, very slowly pour the blue cold cream over the back of a spoon to create a distinct layer on top of the coffee. 
7. Decorate with edible rose petals. Enjoy!
