Ingredients:

For raspberry sauce:

2 Tbsp Mangosteen Hibiscus
150g Raspberries
1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

For bean paste:

1 cup chickpeas, rinsed
1 cup cannellini beans, rinsed
1 clove of garlic
1/3 cup water
1/2 fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp Dirty Rose Chai Collagen Booster
2 tsp Golden Sun Milk

For dijon mustard sauce:

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp whole grain dijon mustard
1 tsp Golden Sun Milk

Directions:

1. To make raspberry sauce: combine ingredients in a bowl and smash with a potato masher or fork until you reach a jam-like consistency. Set aside until ready to assemble your plate. 

2. Make your bean paste. Blend the beans, garlic, water, lemon juice and salt in a food processor and divide in half between two bowls. Add Collagen Booster to one bowl and Golden Sun Milk to the other and mix well.

3. To make dijon mustard sauce, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 

4. Use your favorite colorful fruits and vegetables like tomatoes, mango, berries, avocado, carrots, beets, brussels sprouts, and more to create healthy and energizing finger foods. For bread, use rye bread or pumpernickel bread for rich flavor.
