Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (100mL) pink coconut water
- 1/4 cup (60mL) fresh blood orange juice
- 3-4 dashes Amargo Bitters (or 2 Amargo + 2 Curam Elixir for added complexity)
- 1 Tbsp (15mL) fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp (10mL) agave or simple syrup
- Sparkling water to top
- Ice
Instructions:
- Fill a wine glass or tumbler with ice.
- Pour in the pink coconut water and blood orange juice.
- Add the lime juice and syrup.
- Add your Amargo Bitters.
- Top with a splash of sparkling water.
- Gently stir once to combine.
- Garnish with a blood orange wheel or twist.
