DE-BLOAT SUNSET AMARGO Spritz

Juicy blood orange and zesty lime bring the sparkle, pink coconut water ads tropical softness, and a few intentional dashes of Amargo Bitters add that grown-up depth we love. Finished with bubbles and ice, it’s a delightfully refreshing and grounding digestif.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (100mL) pink coconut water 
  • 1/4 cup (60mL) fresh blood orange juice 
  • 3-4 dashes Amargo Bitters (or 2 Amargo + 2 Curam Elixir for added complexity)
  • 1 Tbsp (15mL) fresh lime juice 
  • 2 tsp (10mL) agave or simple syrup
  • Sparkling water to top 
  • Ice 

Instructions:

  1. Fill a wine glass or tumbler with ice.
  2. Pour in the pink coconut water and blood orange juice.
  3. Add the lime juice and syrup. 
  4. Add your Amargo Bitters.
  5. Top with a splash of sparkling water.
  6. Gently stir once to combine.
  7. Garnish with a blood orange wheel or twist.
