Reviews

A new essential in my wellness toolkit

"I remember taking bitters as a child growing up with a Caribbean Grandmother. It was a go-to remedy for an upset belly, but was not pleasant tasting! These digestive bitters are on a next level, I actually love the taste and it has been a great new addition to my reality. Before eating our homemade plant-based Caribbean dishes full of vibes and flavor these bitters are crucial. Will be reordering for sure. Thank You Anima Mundi"

A lovely multi-functional supplement

"These bitters have become a warm, welcome part of my wellness routine. I was looking for a way to integrate more Mugwort & Milk Thistle into my spiritual practice and this supplement does that gently and energetically, on top of providing digestive benefits, which I love!"

The Poop Doctor Approved

"As a colon hydrotherapist, these digestive bitters have been life-changing for my clients with gas, bloating, and thick bile produced by the liver. Can take before food but if you feel gassy/bloated in between meals, just take a small sip and in 10mins you will feel normal again =)"

Tastes good!!

"I actually like the taste! The touch of orange tones down the bitter herbs just enough to make it palatable to take straight. Plus, it does the job of stimulating the release of bile to enable the digestive process. Love it."

Q&A

Are these bitters safe while breastfeeding?
Hi Simone, We do not recommend taking Amargo Bitters while breastfeeding. Some digestive herbs that are considered safe to take at this time are Ginger, Chamomile, and Fennel.
Is the vegetable glycerine from corn?
Hi Kris, We use kosher and organic food grade vegetable glycerin made from sunflower, flax and coconut oil. We never use the biodiesel bi-product (which most companies use because it's unfortunately the cheapest).
How do you take these drops? I usually have coffee or tea in the afternoon and I wonder if I could put the drops in hot beverages
Hi Chiara, The Bitters are great added to a digestive tea such as ginger or turmeric and are best consumed on an empty stomach 30-60 minutes before a meal.
