These no-bake coconut dream balls are soft, nutty, and just sweet enough: the kind of snack you accidentally eat three of while doing something virtuous. Almond butter and Coconut melt together into a rich, fudgy base, while hemp seeds and botanical boosters such as Cerebrum Tonic and Collagen Booster Elixir sneak in a little extra magic.
But the real fun? Dress-up time. Roll them in snowy coconut and coat them in a rainbow of superfood powders: floral Rose, electric blue Butterfly Pea, earthy Moringa, or spicy Golden Sun. Each one has its own tiny, and delicious, personality.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (90g) desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)
- 3⁄4 cup (70g) almond flour
- 1⁄3 cup (80g) almond butter
- 2 Tbsp (30g) coconut oil
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp Cerebrum Tonic
- 1 Tbsp Collagen Booster Elixir
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Cream Powder
- 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For coating: Rose powder, Butterfly Pea Flower, Moringa, and Golden Sun Milk
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the nut butter, maple syrup, and melt coconut oil and let cool slightly.
2. In a large bowl, combine desiccated coconut, almond flour, and Coconut Cream Powder.
3. Add melted coconut oil, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, Cerebrum Tonic, Collagen Booster Elixir, and hemp seeds.
4. Stir with a fork, then use your hands to form a soft dough. Add more almond butter if too dry, or more almond flour if too sticky.
5. Roll into balls (about 1 inch each) and coat in extra desiccated coconut, followed by either Rose powder, Butterfly Pea Flower, Moringa, or Golden Sun Milk.
6.Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
