L-Dopa is a naturally occurring amino acid which transforms into dopamine in the brain. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that ignites a feeling of joy and bliss.

Thick, creamy and cozy hot chocolate made with heirloom cacao, mucuna, cacao butter, maple and tahini and topped with a homemade rose marshmallow. It is utter indulgence and feels like the most nourishing, relaxing and lux warm drink. Mood B-o-o-s-t Hot Cacao ☕️🍫 200ml milk of choice 15g cacao butter, or 6 buttons 2 tsp hulled tahini 1-2 tsp maple syrup (more if you like it sweeter) 1-2 Tbsp @Animamundiherbals Heirloom cacao powder (more if you like it strong) ½ tsp @animamundiherbals mucuna powder- for an extra dopamine hit, and mood elevator. We ate the whole tray of these rose🌹marshmallows in under an hour because they are THAT good. The kids are obsessed. ☁️🌹 Rose Marshmallows 1 cup water, divided 3 Tbsp grass-fed gelatin 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tsp @Animamundiherbals rose powder 1/8 tsp salt ½ -3/4 cup pure maple syrup 1. Grease + line a 20cm square baking tin. Add ½ cup water, gelatin and rose to a large mixing bowl. Mix well, then set aside while you move to the next step. 2. Add remaining water, vanilla, salt and maple syrup to a saucepan. Bring to the boil, and heat to 115C. 3. With betters running, stream in the very hot syrup. Continue betting until thick and the beaters start to leave ribbons. Immediately pour into prepared tray, and pop in the fridge to set completely. Once firm, use scissors to cut into squares. Which is what I’m always in the search for 😉 It’s a really easy recipe, but Jade has written a very detailed method... so it won’t fit in this caption! ❤️ Makes 12 seves No bake / Paleo Ingredients For the rose cream 1 cup raw cashews, soaked 4 hours 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or preferred sticky sweetener 1/2 cup almond milk 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 2 Tbsp animamundiherbals rose powder 2 tsp animamundiherbals mucuna powder 45g cacao butter 3/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries Raspberry chia jam 1 1/2 cups raspberries 2 Tbsp water 2 tsp chia seeds 2 tsp fresh lemon juice Chocolate 200g prefrred chocolate 2 tsp animamundiherbals reishi powder Method Note: If using frozen raspberries please defrost first, and preferably use room temperature ingredients. 🥀🤲🏽🥀 I’m all about a heart opening concoction with a dash of dopamine to get the engine going 🌹✨Rose milk mucuna latte to kick off this lovely Monday ✨🌹✨ Brain + Heart Opening Latte 🧠 Ingredients: • 1tsp Mucuna * extract powder • 2tsp Rose * powder (or more for a richer heart opening and color experience!) • 4oz Oat milk, or plantbased milk of choice • Coconut ☁️whip cream (optional!) ☁️ Rose petals to decorate • Hot Water •Optional: add 1 tonic of choice to boost medicinal magic Directions: In 4oz of warm water steep 2tsp of Anima Mundi’s rose powder and whisk or use hand blender. *Don’t use very hot water as it kills constituents and the vibrancy of color! RITUAL: Mushroom Mocha I needed a break from heavy weight and darkness, and coffee wasn’t pulling me out of the mire. Often shadow work for me looks like revisiting my patterns and finding new ones. ⁣ ⁣ I’m four days into my mushroom mocha mornings and feeling A LOT better. ⁣ ⁣ I’m less tired on waking and the low grade headache that has seemed to follow me since May is gone. I’m focused on my work and getting more done with my businesses and supporting ongoing distance learning. I feel more consistent steady energy, but no peaks and drop-offs. And (best of all) my nervous system feels calm and soothed. ⁣ ⁣ I made a mix of chaga, cordyceps, raw cocoa and ashwaganda and maca because I had all of those. 🧪POTIONS🧪 . 🏷️Quand il s'agit d'offrir à mon corps des compléments alimentaires, je vais toujours très attention aux produits que je sélectionne. Je suis une véritable afficionada des huiles essentielles pour les bobos du quotidien, que je valide à 100%, en revanche j'ai été nettement moins convaincue, si ce n'est carrément déçue par les fleurs de Bach (je sais que ça fonctionne pour certain.e.s d'entre vous, mais clairement pas pour moi).
