SUGGESTED USE

Recommended layout for intake:

Early AM: Take the Curam and Collagen Booster in warm water with Lemon, or drink straight followed by tea of choice.

Mid Morning: Add Black Elderberry to your favorite tea for a tasty immune boost.

Late AM / before lunch: Add the Viridem to your choice of mineralizing tea, smoothie, or juice.

After Lunch: Add the Soma and Schisandra Rose to your choice of tea, or juice, or drink directly.

Late Afternoon: Lift your adrenals naturally and have a shot of Euphoria. It's great for a boost of natural energy to lift the spirits and your heart. You can also consume Euphoria in the late AM if you're looking for a motivational boost.

Night Time / before bed: Add the Dream to your choice of tea. We love it in a ginger tea.
