We'll explore the anatomy and physiology of the digestive system, while also uncovering the vital roles of other detoxification pathways including the liver, gallbladder, kidneys, lungs, lymphatic system, and skin.
This session offers practical, supportive tools such as dry brushing, castor oil packs, herbal allies, and food-based strategies to nourish and strengthen your digestive health. You'll learn how to prepare your body and mindset for the cleansing journey, with guidance on what to expect, how to stay grounded, and ways to build gentle accountabilitythrough journal prompts, rituals, and a daily progress log.

Week 2 — The Inner Ecosystem – Microbiome, Parasites & Beginning the Cleanse (June 15)
In our second class, we journey into the intricate world of the microbiome, cultivating a deeper ecological awareness of the body's inner terrain. We'll explore how our microbial allies influence everything from immunity to digestion, and how they evolve from infancy through adulthood.
This class also uncovers the profound connection between the microbiome, food systems, soil health, and agricultural practices, revealing how modern diets and environmental factors shape our internal ecosystem. We’ll discuss the impact of gut imbalances, the presence and role of parasites, and the conditions that allow them to thrive.

In this powerful third class, we expand our understanding of digestion beyond food—recognizing the gut as a processor of emotions, experiences, and thoughts. Centered around the Gut-Brain Axis, we explore the profound connection between digestion, metabolism, and mental health.
You’ll learn about the roles of the Vagus Nerve and the Enteric Nervous System, and discover how the gut functions as a second brain—producing hormones and neurotransmitters that influence mood, clarity, and emotional balance.
We’ll also introduce a new layer of herbs, mushrooms, nutrients, and somatic practices to help build inner and outer resilience, supporting your nervous system as you navigate stress, growth, and transformation.

To ensure your kit arrives before we begin the cleanse portion on June 15, we recommend ordering by:
- June 2 (U.S. orders) — to allow a full week for shipping.
- May 28 (International orders) — international shipping can take 1–2 weeks.
- Hawaii & Alaska: Please select expedited shipping if ordering after May 24, as ground shipping can take several weeks.
I just ordered—will my kit arrive in time?
If you placed your order before the recommended cutoff, your kit should arrive in time. The cleanse officially begins June 15, with Week 1 (starting June 8) dedicated to preparation—giving you time to receive your kit and prepare.
