    Hello, can I have Gut Sweep first thing in the morning? or is it better to take Happiness Tonic first? How long is reccommended to wait in between both?

We recommend taking at least an hour before consuming anything else. The Happiness Tonic can be enjoyed alongside breakfast or throughout the morningtime, and then up to 3 cups a day as desired.
