- What are the differences between this and the golden sun milk?
- Hi Monica, Our Happiness powder is specifically formulated to serve as a coffee replacement, both in flavor and in how it makes you feel: it is malty and earthy, and the herbs within it are both energizing and nourishing to the liver to stimulate digestion. Our Golden Sun Milk, on the other hand, is a take on the traditional Ayurvedic "haldi doodh" which is uplifting while also soothing and warming the gut. The flavor profile is different as well.
- Are these safe for use during pregnancy?

Additionally, there are digestive stimulating herbs in there, which are best taken in the earlier part of the day when the digestive fire is the strongest.
