- Hi Sara, I'd recommend taking each one separately first to get acquainted with them, but generally speaking you can combine them. And no, you do not need to refrigerate our tonics or elixirs. :)
- Is this also good for occasional headaches or a migraine?

- I was recently hospitalized with high levels of pancreas and liver due to mixing herbs with pain medication. The doctors claim certain herbs have a bad effect with western medicine so now I'm paranoid. However I want to stop taking the pain meds that I've been using but my bladder condition hurts pretty bad. I guess my question is will this interfere with the pain meds I'm taking?
