Ingredients
Layer 1 — Banana Peanut Butter Base:
- 1 frozen banana
- Ice
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- Nut milk, enough to blend smooth
- Dates or maple syrup, to taste
- 1 Tbsp Anima Mundi Chocolate Protein Powder
Layer 2 — Cold Coffee:
- 1 shot cold espresso or cold coffee alternative
- 1 tsp Anima Mundi Happiness Powder
Layer 3 — Nut Milk:
- A splash of nut milk
Layer 4 — Blue Cloud:
- Coconut whipping cream, cold (chilled overnight)
- 1 Tbsp spirulina sea moss jelly
- Maple syrup, to taste
- 2 tsp Anima Mundi Blue Butterfly Pea Powder
To Finish:
- Sea moss, to top
- A drizzle of maple syrup
- A pinch of Anima Mundi Happiness Powder
- Blend: frozen banana, ice, peanut butter, nut milk, sweetener, and Chocolate Protein Powder until thick and smooth. Pour into a tall glass.
- Mix: cold coffee or cold coffee alternative with the Happiness Powder. Pour gently over the banana layer.
- Add a splash of nut milk.
- Whip: cold coconut cream with the spirulina sea moss jelly, maple syrup, and Butterfly Pea Powder until thick. Spoon over the top.
- Finish: top with sea moss, a drizzle of maple syrup, and a pinch of Happiness Powder.
