New Moon Ritual: Wisdom of the Heart

Join us for a new moon ritual with Cacao, Song, Breath, Kriya and Sound on Monday, July 13th from 7-9pm in our Venice apothecary.

An evening devoted to softening into the intelligence of the heart. When we share from the overflow of the heart space, what we offer returns to us in full bloom, deepening our connection to self and Spirit.

The evening will begin with a gentle blessing + intention setting for the new moon. Surrounded by the sacred fire under the dark new moon sky, we’ll commune with cacao + song. 
Once we’ve arrived at a heart centered space, will drop in deeper with a kriya practice that integrates breath and gentle movement.

From there, we’ll integrate with an immersive sound journey, allowing the body to receive the wisdom of the heart.

We’ll close in a small sharing circle to create space for integration and reflection.
Anima Mundi will be serving tea to support the integration of the journey. 

About the practitioners:

Megan, Natalie and Nicole are devoted guides in the healing arts, creating spaces for presence, connection, and embodied transformation.

Megan’s work is rooted in a deep reverence for life, offering conscious movement and meditation practices that draw from yoga, Kundalini and Kriya, Pilates, dance, sound, and meditation.

Natalie Valle is a multidisciplinary healer and leader who integrates sound healing, Reiki, Kriya Yoga, and Meditation into her work.

Nicole is a somatic Breathwork coach and ceremonialist.

Together, they weave immersive experiences that support nervous system regulation, heart opening, and inner alignment.
