Join us for a meditative session on Sunday, April 5th from 10:30-11:30am in our Venice garden.

This class gently explores how our inner grasping can give rise to suffering, much like a fire feeding on fuel. Through Buddhist insight and simple mindfulness practice, you’ll be invited to notice this dynamic in yourself and discover a sense of ease and release.

In this class, we’ll reflect on how subtle forms of clinging or “thirst” can keep stress, dissatisfaction, and suffering alive in our experience. This clinging, however, can be reprogrammed to help us awaken to our truth. You’ll be first introduced to a key Buddhist mindfulness teaching with an adjacent meditation to help eradicate this clinging over time. We will start with a Dhamma talk and then move into a guided meditation of about 30 minutes. The class is designed to leave you feeling more grounded, spacious, and at ease with whatever arises in life.

About Bradley

With a deep commitment to bringing ancient meditation practices into modern life, Bradley guides students and executives through transformative journeys of self-discovery and inner peace. His teaching integrates traditional Theravādan Buddhist wisdom with contemporary psychological insights, creating accessible pathways for practitioners of all levels. Holding immense respect for the Dhamma (Buddhist teachings), he ensures all teachings are always based in traditional frameworks while honoring them as they are.

Bradley's approach emphasizes the practical application of mindfulness in daily life, helping students develop greater emotional resilience, clarity, and compassion. Whether through formal meditation instruction, executive coaching, or mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, his work bridges the ancient and modern, the contemplative and the practical.
