Milo is a multimodal energy healer, intuitive, and teacher whose work is rooted in restorative justice, liberation, and radical embodiment. As a Reiki Master Practitioner and Certified Naturopathic Healer, Milo guides clients through deep energetic recalibration: clearing blocks, releasing stored trauma, and reconnecting body, mind, and spirit.

With a background in child welfare, public service, and community care, their approach bridges healing with justice, honoring the body as a site of both resilience and transformation.
