Innerplane Journey

Join us for a Sacred Soul Innerplane journey to tune in, align and attune to the healing empowering energies to support our passage into ‘Wakeful Dreaming’ and Shamanic Innerplane Journeying led by Michele Meiche and Grace Oh. Takes place on Saturday, December 13th from 7-9pm in our Venice garden.

In this journey you will understand your Inner Shaman. The Sage - Higher Self within.  You will connect into your Inner Shaman and Spirit Guides. Michele will also guide you through a Transmission Meditation. (This meditation is through the Subtle Energy and is part of Michele’s lineage training.) As you receive the Energetic Transmission for deep healing, re-balancing and Soul Alignment you will gain deeper understanding and clarity; as well as guidance on your current Path.

You will then be guided with higher frequency sound and energy by Grace to journey into the somatic layers of what is necessary to clear out of the energetic systems to integrate the transmission from the Inner Shaman and Spirit Guides. Grace uses crystal bowls, chimes and tuning forks to bring in the highest aligned resonance to receive the clarity you need for the deep listening in the silence.

Please bring: 

• Wear warm comfortable clothing - whatever makes you feel cozy for your journey.
• Bring your yoga mat & an extra blanket for warmth.
• Bring a writing utensil and journal.
• We will be doing a fire ritual, so if you have anything, like a memento or crystal,  you would like to add for the Sacred Circle and fire pit to represent your life at this time and journey bring that with you.

About the facilitators:

Grace Oh is a Multidisciplinary Healing & Arts Practitioner. Her studies and practice focus on Sound Healing, Vibrational Healing, Nutritional Cheffing, Yoga and Vibrational Photography.  Grace has a passion for Sound Healing and shares her healing talents within various communities educating on Sound Baths, Yoga and Reiki.

Grace has a wealth of information on Sound Healing, Meditation, Reiki and also offers private Sound Healing Energy sessions. She also works in partnership with Made to Nourish cooking healing meals for her clients.  

Michele Meiché is known for her work in spiritual guidance, meditation, and self-development.  She is an author, hypnotherapist and Psychic Channel.  She is a trained and initiated Shaman having been initiated into Rock Medicine and received the Red Shawl of Healing from her teacher Doña Chuey. She often incorporates meditative practices and discussions on higher consciousness, healing, and Soul Centered Living and Soul Alignment. She assists people in connecting to their Soul to live their Soul Purpose and greater fulfillment.

Michele is involved in Conscious Media as a Spirituality, Metaphysics and Wellness Commentator.  She acts as a visionary and bridge for the Unified Field of Consciousness in the New Paradigm/New Earth. Michele has facilitated workshops internationally and most recently in the UK.
