As winter settles in, many of us feel the quiet pull toward change...without yet knowing what that change is meant to be. You may sense that something wants to shift, while also noticing hesitation, freeze, or self-doubt when it comes time to move forward.

This 90-minute guided breathwork experience offers a supportive space to slow the nervous system, soften mental pressure, and reconnect with your internal signals. Through intentional breath patterns, somatic awareness, and sound, you’ll be guided into a state of internal stability where intuition can emerge naturally, without force or urgency.

About Your Facilitator:
Shradha is a certified, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator based in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, and the founder of Now Exhale. Her approach is simple: when you walk into the room, let your breath do the work. Through guided breath and sound, you are supported to release tension, quiet the mind, and access clarity and insight.
Shradha’s goal is to create a safe, structured space where participants can drop into their body, allow themselves to be held, and walk away with tools and practices they can always anchor back to: breath patterns, meditative cues, and embodied awareness that support focus, emotional balance, and inner steadiness.
