The Harvest is an immersive Seasonal Somatics® experience and nervous system initiation designed to help you cross the threshold from surviving to truly receiving. Through transformational coaching, guided somatic practices, meditation, expressive movement, journaling, and the wisdom of the Late Summer season, you'll reflect on what you've cultivated, release what no longer belongs, and expand your capacity for joy, rest, abundance, authentic connection, and purposeful living.

You'll leave feeling more grounded in your body, more connected to your truth, and equipped with practical tools to continue embodying the woman you're becoming.

About Julie

Julie Cielo is the creator of Seasonal Somatics®, a nature-based, trauma-informed methodology that helps women move beyond survival and cultivate the nervous system capacity to receive more joy, purpose, connection, and vitality. With more than 25 years of experience as a yoga therapist, licensed bodyworker, transformational coach, and somatic practitioner, she weaves together somatic experiencing, mindfulness, seasonal wisdom, expressive movement, and nervous system science into deeply transformative experiences. Julie is the host of The Thriving Scapegoat podcast, where she explores healing, feminine sovereignty, and what it truly means to come home to yourself. Through her teaching, she guides women in reclaiming their authentic voice, embodied resilience, and the life they've been longing to live.
