Summer Solstice Cacao celebration

Date
Time

Join us at The Alchemist Kitchen Elixir Bar in SoHo on Sunday June 21st at 7pm for a Solstice ceremony, guided in relationship with the sacred elements & connection to plants, the Mayan lunar calendar, & sound!

Weaving aromatherapy, breathwork, somatic practices, ceremonial cacao, and guided meditation we will drop into a regulated state of receptivity, attuning to a higher expression through an expanded state of consciousness. The medicine of sound will generate movement in our cells, liberating our energetic channels to create a cohesive resonance.Ā Ā

The Solstice is a pivotal moment within the year during which, we may harmonize to the frequencies available to us. In the Mayan Lunar calendar we are present under the energies of 7 Tz’i Ā which speaks to the potential of cosmic alignment through karmic connections, Ā making this a potent time to gather together in community to co-create our future Ā timelines. Ā

Cacao is a medicine held sacred by the Maya whose connection to this plant spans Ā over 5,000 years, during which time, they have cultivated a profound relationship Ā with the energy and spirit of Cacao. They receive her as an offering brought forth Ā from another dimension. As a humble student beginning to integrate this ancient wisdom, I serve this medicine in full recognition of and reverence to my teachers, Mayan Cosmology, Community, and Culture. Ā

•Mayan Ceremonial Cacao beverage
