Spring Sourdough Workshop

Join us at the Brooklyn Apothecary on Monday March 10th at 7pm for an evening of learning the basics plus tips and tricks on how to make sourdough from scratch. 

This one hour class is mostly a detailed demonstration with some hands on involvement. 

• Each participant receives a fresh sourdough starter to take home (we’ll all feed them with flour and water during the class).
• Be walked through each step of the sourdough-making process with a live demonstration.
• There will be opportunities for a few volunteers to come up and try the hands-on techniques one by one.
• Participants will receive a printed sourdough guide with step-by-step instructions to help them make it at home.

Guests are Invited to bring their own aprons if they wish.

Space is limited please purchase tickets in advance. Refunds accepted up to 24 hours in advance.
