Breathwork for clearing and renewal

Join us at the Brooklyn Apothecary on Wednesday April 16th at 7pm for an evening of guided breatwork.

As we step into the vibrant energy of spring, it's the perfect time to release the remnants of winter hibernation and reconnect with ourselves. Join Elana for a revitalizing breathwork workshop designed to help you move energy, activate your lungs, and create space for renewal. This session will include light movement and a series of pranayama breathwork patterns to help you shift energy—both individually and as a group. Whether you're looking to release stagnant energy or simply reconnect with your breath, this workshop will offer the tools you need to awaken, align, and flow into the new season with joy and vitality.

Beginners and breathers of all levels are welcome. Come exactly as you are, ready to dive deeper into your most authentic and inspired self.

• It is advised not to have a big meal before breathing.
• Make sure you are hydrated and wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
• Consider bringing a blindfold to help you drop into the process. 
• If there is a special item that is meaningful / brings you comfort, feel free to bring it with you.
• Please bring a yoga mat.
• Following the session, there might be an opportunity for journaling, so feel free to bring your journal if you have one.
