Sacred Egyptian Movement: The Gateway Within

Join us on the first night of Ramadan for a sacred Egyptian movement experience on Saturday, March 1st from 7pm to 9pm at our Venice Apothecary.

This special edition of our Ancient Egyptian Movement workshop is designed to align with the sacred energy of Ramadan—a time of reflection, transformation, and spiritual clarity. Rooted in the wisdom of ancient Egyptian temples, we will use intentional movement to connect with the divine feminine and unlock the body's energetic pathways. The practice will be accompanied by a deep somatic journey using breath, sacred geometry, and symbolic dance to align with cosmic rhythms. Participants will also experience a grounding tea ritual, integrating the energy of the evening into body and spirit.

Guests recommended to bring:

• A blindfold for parts of the practice
• A comfortable dress or skirt below the knees to honor the traditional movement techniques

Olha Amanita is a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Tea Master, and Movement Facilitator. Having lived on Arab land, she deeply honors the traditions and sacred cycles of Ramadan. It is a great privilege for her to share the wisdom of the secret Egyptian dance with women in America, offering a practice that awakens ancestral memory and feminine power. Through her project Relaxed Women’s Generation, Olha merges ancient knowledge with modern embodiment practices, helping women reconnect with their primordial energy, intuition, and inner strength.
