Veronica Beltran is a first-generation Latina from Mexico, raised in New York City, and the founder of Bien Good WELL, a bilingual initiative dedicated to sharing wellness classics with a modern twist. Her goal is to help individuals discover their inner magic through tools, techniques, recipes, and stories that inspire ease and joy in the mind, body, and soul. Veronica holds certifications in various wellness modalities, including yoga, Pilates, reiki, shamanism, meditation, and sound healing. She curates and leads private, public, and corporate wellness rituals in both Spanish and English throughout New York.
