You can add Nettle to virtually anything: soups, pesto, ice cream, mixed with your nutritional yeast with your popcorn, or just in a simple nutrient dense tea.

Suggested Use: Add 1 Tbsp per cup of hot water. Steep 15-20 minutes, strain, and enjoy.
