Join us for our morning meditation series starting Wednesday, June 24th and July 8th and 22nd at 9:15-9:45am in our Venice garden.
Begin your week with intention. Our 30-minute Morning Meditation Series invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and ground into the day ahead. Held in our serene garden, each session offers a simple, accessible practice designed to reset the mind, calm the nervous system, and cultivate clarity for the week to come.
These low-cost, mini drop-in sessions provide a gentle, nourishing pause before stepping into the rhythm of your day. Join us as we welcome the morning light, reconnect with ourselves, and create space for presence and ease.
