Join us at the Brooklyn Apothecary on Friday February 6th at 7pm for a thoughtfully curated experience to align your energy for the Lunar New Year including:
- Intention setting for the Year of the Horse
- Guided meditation to deepen intentions
- Sound bath with crystal bowls, handpan drums, monalina monochord
- Journaling: scripting prompts
As the Lunar New Year Circle and Sound Bath unfolds, participants will engage in intention setting for the Year of the Horse, followed by a soothing guided meditation and immersive sound bath. Journaling through scripting will help crystallize aspirations, leading naturally into reflective group sharing and creative visualization exercises designed to anchor your visions for the year ahead.

Dr. Tanvi Gandhi is a naturopathic physician, acupuncturist and certified integrative psychiatry provider who wrote her thesis on sound healing practices. She is finishing her training in Narrative Medicine at Columbia University to deepen her ability to support the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Daniel is a software engineer and computer-based musician who has created beats and soundscapes for almost 20 years. Together, they facilitate sounds for healing and well-being.
