Lemon balm, a member of the mint family, was used as far back as the Middle Ages to reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep, improve appetite, and ease pain and discomfort from indigestion. Additionally, Lemon Balm has been shown to improve cognitive function and reduce feelings of stress and tension.

Suggested Use: Add 1 Tbsp per cup of hot water. Steep for 15 minutes, strain, and enjoy.
