Historically, Kalea is a plant used by the Chontal Indians of Mexico to obtain divinatory messages during dreaming. While Kalea may help open the portal to lucid dreaming, it can also work as an ally for your inner journey- guiding you towards inner reflection, imagination, and soul gazing in your dream world.
Suggested Use: Add 1 tsp per cup of hot water. Steep for 5-10 minutes and strain. Due to its bitterness, this tea is best enjoyed with other herbs like Tulsi or Rose.
