"It takes but a pinch, and that is probably all your tastebuds can handle anyway. The bitterness can be a bit overwhelming. I suggest mixing it with a stronger flavor and honey, or just drinking it in a small amount of water to shorten the duration of sipping it. Definitely brings on the dream world images while asleep.
