This journey is an invitation to explore your INNER ETHER - that quiet place within, the one only you can access, the one that knows. Kirstie weaves breathwork, sound, and felt sense meditation to guide you beneath the surface and into altered states of consciousness, where you can access deeper layers of yourself. We’ll welcome all of it - the tension, the tenderness, the parts you've learned to override, creating space for what's been stored to surface and be released. This work is an act of remembrance, a return to your body, your breath, to self.

Kirstie Kleine Jaeger is a 400-hour certified breathwork facilitator based in Brooklyn. Her journey back to herself started when a mixture of unaddressed childhood trauma and many years working in chaotic fashion environments led to a point where she could no longer ignore her dysregulated nervous system. Through breathwork, she discovered that the grounding she was searching for externally was available within her own breath - she just needed to be present enough to access it. Now, she holds space for others as they dive deep into their own inner world. She approaches each journey as both a student and guide, where presence becomes practice and breath becomes a bridge back to self.
