Honoring the Spring equinox

Join us at the Brooklyn Apothecary on Thursday March 20th at 7pm  for a workshop ritual to celebrate the spring equinox. This is a ritual for people of all skill levels geared toward deepening your relationship with the upcoming season and the ways that your inner landscape can connect to your natural environment.

This gathering is designed to create a pocket of restoration and connectivity, intended to fortify those in attendance with ease and comfort in the season’s transition.

Following an opening invocation and brief grounding, attendees are each given a vibrational attunement while a specifically tailored soundscape plays for the group. Attendees will then be led in a discussion and presentation about global and historical springtime practices, and all of the threads of connectivity seen throughout time. 

From there, the group will receive a private collective tarot reading and channeling for guidance to carry them through the season. We then wind down into a guided practice that encourages the wild crafting of what they wish to cultivate for the year ahead. 

Before the workshop comes to a close, Liza will conduct a guided meditation and grounding exercise that will aid in the activation and integration of the evening.

Preparation:

Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably and to bring pen/paper to take notes if they wish.
