Healing for the Mother Line

Join us at the Brooklyn Apothecary on Monday May 4th at 7pm for 60-minute guided meditation and energy healing ritual to connect with and tend to the ancestral mother line.

This evening recognizes that the upcoming mothers Day can be challenging or bring up emotions for some people regarding maternal family. 

Together, we’ll soften into the body, call in the wisdom of those who came before us, and gently clear inherited energies that no longer serve. This offering is for anyone—of any gender—who feels called to honor, heal, or reconnect with the maternal threads in their lineage.

We'll gather in community to root into the earth, open the heart, and move energy through breath, visualization, and intuitive energetic clearing. Come as you are. Bring a journal, an offering for the altar if you’d like, and your curiosity.

Milo (they/them) is a multimodal energy healer, intuitive, and teacher whose work is rooted in restorative justice, liberation, and radical embodiment. As a Reiki Master Practitioner and Certified Naturopathic Healer, they guide clients through deep energetic recalibration—clearing blocks, releasing stored trauma, and reconnecting body, mind, and spirit.

With a background in child welfare, public service, and community care, Milo’s approach bridges healing with justice, honoring the body as a site of both resilience and transformation. Their private sessions, group events, and teaching offerings are designed to be accessible, deeply intentional, and always evolving.

Milo is also the author of an upcoming guided journal, designed to help readers tune in, tend to themselves, and practice embodiment through reflection and self-inquiry. Their work is for those seeking not just relief, but a return—to themselves, to their power, and to the wisdom already held within.
