Join us for our new and free Herbal Hour series hosted by our in-house clinical herbalist on Saturday, October 24th from 1-2pm in our Venice garden.
In this free Herbal Hour, we’ll explore Autumn through the lens of herbal energetics, how our bodies may respond to the outer landscape changes, and what the season invites us to practice. Together we’ll learn how to read the season rather than simply memorize “herbs for fall” but we will certainly discuss a few herbs that can be our strongest allies in this season.
Come sip tea, meet a few seasonal plant allies, and explore how we can move into autumn with greater intention and connection to the natural world.
About Siani
Siani Naylea is a Clinical Herbalist and educator who believes plants have an inherent way of guiding us back to our truest selves. Rooted in foundational herbalism and the pillars of health, her work explores how tending to our bodies, our relationship with plants, and the natural world can create more space for connection, well-being, and creativity. Her classes are grounded, conversational, and welcoming; no prior knowledge of herbalism is needed, just curiosity.
