Free Co-Working Sound Bath with Sonya

Join Sonya in our tranquil space to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine of our Venice garden space for Wednesday, March 4th, from 3pm-4pm.

Rest and enjoy the sounds of singing bowls and vocal harmonics while you work, connect to your community, sip botanic beverages and restore yourself.

About Sonya

Sonya has been working with her own and the bodies and nervous systems of others for over 15 years through movement, healing touch, breath and sound. Her experiences with CranioSacral work completely changed her life after struggling to heal after 2 major concussions. She feels this work demonstrates the power of gentle touch, clear intention and deep witnessing when it comes to healing. Sometimes whatever is stuck just needs to be seen and felt to move towards healing. Sonya, who considers herself a Tender of Sacred Circuitry, trusts in your body's innate ability to heal when properly cared for.
