Join us for evening of communication, clarity and connection on Saturday, May 30th from 7-8:30pm in our Venice apothecary.
In alignment with Gemini season, this workshop invites you to explore the power of communication—both with yourself and with others. Ruled by Mercury, Gemini governs language, connection, curiosity, and the exchange of ideas. This is a potent time to clear mental clutter, open the throat chakra, and align your words with your inner truth.
Through breathwork, voice and meditation, you’ll cultivate clarity, confidence, and resonance—so you can express yourself with greater ease, presence, and authenticity.
Please bring a yoga mat/ sheepskin and meditation pillow, create a comfortable sitting space.

Nuria is a Kundalini Yoga teacher, DJ, and movement facilitator devoted to creating experiences that awaken vitality, authentic expression, and embodied presence. Through yoga, breathwork, music, mantra, and meditation, she guides transformative journeys that support nervous system balance, energetic alignment, and a deeper connection to self.
