Challenging Times: Grief Circle

Join us at the Brooklyn Apothecary on Monday February 16th at 7pm for an evening curated to safely hold and express personal and collective grief. 

We are living in a moment where many people feel heavy, uncertain, and stretched thin. We feel it in our bodies and nervous systems, even when we can’t put words to it. This grief circle is a space to slow down, breathe, and tend the quiet and not-so-quiet sorrows we’re carrying– personal and collective.

This space is about showing up as you are. Whether you’re feeling raw, numb, angry, sad, or all of it at once, you’re welcome here. Grief is not one specific feeling: it is an initiatory process. When we address it directly, we begin to alchemize our grief into something less daunting.

Together, we’ll create a supportive container for listening, release, and remembering that we’re not meant to do this alone.

Robin Silver, MA, is an ecopsychologist, threshold guide, and death doula whose work centers on life transitions, ritual, and nature-based healing.
