While I understand that decoction can heighten potency, is it always necessary to do so? Can I use the raw powder form to encapsulate or add to smoothies? I don't always want a hot herbal "tea", especially one that takes a bit more time to properly make, which is why I ask. Thanks.
Hi Alexis, You do not need to make a decoction, you can simply add it to hot water or other drinks and foods; you can also encapsulate it if you prefer.
