Join us at our Brooklyn Apothecary on Wednesday May 29th at 7pm for a chance to gather and breathe together in an intimate cozy setting. Take the time to slow down with us, sip on some tea, and check in with your body.
This guided breathwork journey will take you deeper into yourself, provide a safe container to release what you have been holding on to unnecessarily and embrace a lighter, freer, and more resilient version of yourself. Reminder; this type of breathwork can also lead to soul-stirring revelations, and feel a little 'trippy'! But no psychedelics involved in this inward journey; we are simply oxygenating the brain using conscious connected breath: a holotropic style breathing pattern, and breath retentions, this experience will surprise you, open your heart and body, and shake your soul.
Beginners and breathers of all levels are welcome. Come exactly as you are, ready to dive deeper into your most authentic and inspired self.

How to prepare for this gathering:
- Avoid a big meal right before
- Wear loose-fitting comfortable clothing
- Hydrate
- Bring a yoga mat if you have one
- Bring an eye mask or something to cover your eyes if you with
- Feel free to bring a journal to make notes after the session

In December 2023, Elana completed her 400-hour Breathwork Facilitator Training with Alchemy of Breath. Since then, she has passionately offered transformative breathwork sessions online and in person, holding space with tender love and care.
Elana loves traveling all around the world, dancing, meditating, being in nature, collaging/crafting, and paving her unique, freedom-full way through life.
